- Identify, select, approve, and evaluate suppliers, driving opportunities for improvement and optimization.

- Coordinate the management of samples, testing, certifications, and laboratory reports associated with the products.
- Prepare technical documentation and provide specialized support to the commercial and operational areas.
- Manage incidents, claims, and returns related to materials and suppliers.
- Monitor stocks and procurement needs to ensure product availability.
- Participate in audits, client visits, industry fairs, and internal technical training actions.
