Construction Laborer in the Henares Corridor

• Support with basic construction tasks.
• Handling of tools and materials (everything necessary will be taught).
• Assembly, loading, and unloading of materials.
• Specific recurring functions include: tiling, installation and removal of flooring and gutters.
• Surface preparation and support in masonry work.

Initial contract: 6 hours per day, Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Contract duration: 15 days, with biweekly or monthly renewals, depending on the duration of the projects.

Initial salary according to the collective agreement: €11.18/hour. Salary is reviewable and subject to increase.

At Empatif Staffing in Alcalá de Henares, we are selecting a Construction Laborer to work hand in hand with a self-employed professional in the sector. We are looking for someone with a desire to work, learn, and grow within the trade. The company's main activity is maintenance and minor construction work, generally for homeowners' associations and farms throughout the Henares Corridor.

Prior experience is not a mandatory requirement, although it will be positively valued, as will basic knowledge of machinery (angle grinder, pneumatic pick, mixer...); however, a truly essential requirement is the right attitude, commitment, and drive to be part of a long-term project.

• Apoyo en tareas básicas de obra.
• Manejo de herramientas y materiales (se enseñará todo lo necesario).
• Montaje, carga y descarga de materiales.
• Como funciones específicas recurrentes destacamos: alicatado, montaje y retirada de suelos y canaletas.
• Preparación de superficies y apoyo en trabajos de albañilería.

Contrato inicial 6 horas diarias de lunes a viernes en horario de 9:00 a 15:00, duración de 15 días con renovaciones quincenales o mensuales, a razón de la duración de las obras.

Salario inicial por convenio: 11,18€/hora. Salario revisable y susceptible de subida.

En Empatif Staffing Alcalá de Henares estamos seleccionando un/a Peón/a de Obra para trabajar mano a mano con un profesional autónomo del sector. Buscamos alguien con ganas de trabajar, aprender y crecer dentro del oficio. La actividad principal de la empresa son mantenimientos y obras menores para, generalmente, comunidades de vecinos o fincas a lo largo del todo el Corredor del Henares.

No es requisito indispensable tener experiencia previa, aunque será valorable positivamente y si es necesario un conocimiento mínimo de las máquinas (radial, pico neumático, batidora...); un requisito que sí es imprescindible es la actitud, el compromiso y las ganas de formar parte de un proyecto a largo plazo.
