In the role of waiter, you will be a key part of the team that ensures an exceptional dining experience for our customers. Your commitment and attention to detail will be essential to maintaining the high quality standards our customers expect and deserve.

• Customer service: Provide friendly, efficient, and professional service to all customers, ensuring they feel welcome and attended to throughout their visit.
• Order taking: Listen carefully to customers' needs and suggest dishes and beverages, taking orders accurately and efficiently.
• Service preparation: Keep the dining room and service area clean and organized, ensuring all necessary supplies are available and in perfect condition.
• Team collaboration: Work closely with the kitchen team and other colleagues to ensure a smooth and efficient service flow.
• Complaint handling: Listen to and resolve customer requests or complaints in a professional and efficient manner.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar positions in the hospitality sector.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Requirements:

Transportation: Candidates with their own vehicle, whether car or motorcycle, will be appreciated to facilitate travel to the different client locations.
