The role

Location: Palomares del Río (Seville).

What you'll do

Preparation and cooking of menus and dishes following the center's guidelines.
Organization and preparation of ingredients (mise en place).
Proper preservation and storage of food.
Maintaining order and cleanliness in the kitchen and work areas.
Complying with hygiene, food safety, and HACCP regulations.
Collaboration with the rest of the team to ensure quality service.

✅ Requirements

Demonstrable previous experience as a cook.
Experience in nursing homes, community centers, hotels, restaurants, or social health centers will be valued.
Valid food handler certificate.
An organized, responsible person with the ability to work as part of a team.
Commitment, responsibility, and continuity are essential, as some services require an adaptation period and may lead to stable collaborations.
Availability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays, depending on service needs.
