We are looking for an experienced Cook to join a long-term project. The ideal candidate will have solid training and at least 1 year of proven experience in similar roles. Responsibilities include preparing and cooking a variety of dishes, ensuring the highest quality, freshness, and presentation of each plate, while following the standards established by the establishment.

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, from appetizers to desserts, in compliance with recipes and quality standards.
• Efficiently manage the assigned station, ensuring the organization and cleanliness of the work area.
• Control ingredient stock, place orders, and manage the receipt of goods.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety at all stages of food handling (HACCP).
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure an efficient workflow and customer satisfaction.
• Adapt to the needs of the menu and seasonal demands.
• Participate in the creation of new dishes and the continuous improvement of the gastronomic offering.
• Salary: According to the applicable collective bargaining agreement for the hospitality sector.
• Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week.
• Shifts: Preferably afternoon shifts. Specific hours are:
• Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday: from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
• Thursday, Friday, Saturday, or Sunday: from 7:30 AM to 6:30 PM (specific distribution to be determined).
• Type of Contract: Replacement contract for a long-term sick leave. There is a possibility that the leave extends until the employee's retirement, which could lead to a permanent contract.
• Start Date: Immediate.

• Experience in cold chain management and food handling in compliance with current regulations (HACCP).
