• University degree in Industrial Engineering, Energy Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related STEM degrees.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in the energy sector performing functions related to project management, technical services, offers, or contracts.
• Knowledge of one of the following areas: natural gas, LNG, hydrogen, decarbonization, or industrial infrastructures.
• High level of English (C1 or equivalent), with the ability to operate in professional meetings and review technical and contractual documentation.
• Knowledge of project and contract management, service monitoring, and coordination of multidisciplinary activities.
• Knowledge in cost analysis, budget preparation, economic control, and business reporting.
• Advanced use of Microsoft 365 tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Functional knowledge of SAP applied to the monitoring of contracts, orders, costs, and billing.

• Experience in preparation of technical and economic offers, customer relations, Power BI, CRM, and automation or data analysis tools will be valued.

What will your role be as Services and Solutions Coordinator? 🎯

You will be part of the team responsible for driving and coordinating the integral management of services, projects, and business opportunities, participating in their entire life cycle: from the analysis of needs and the preparation of proposals to the contractual, economic, and operational monitoring of the services provided.

You will work transversally with technical, commercial, financial, and corporate areas, contributing to ensuring competitive, profitable solutions aligned with customer needs and the company's strategy.

• Coordinate the preparation of technical and economic offers, collaborating with the different areas involved to build competitive proposals aligned with customer needs.
• Analyze business opportunities and customer needs, participating in the definition of scope, resources, planning, and the service delivery model.
• Manage technical, commercial, and contractual documentation associated with offers, contracts, and projects, ensuring its quality, traceability, and updating.
• Perform contractual and administrative monitoring of services, guaranteeing compliance with milestones, deliverables, and acquired commitments.
• Participate in the economic control of contracts and projects, collaborating in the monitoring of costs, income, margins, billing, and economic forecasts.
• Prepare reports, indicators, and supporting documentation for activity monitoring and decision-making.
• Coordinate the relationship between different areas of the company, facilitating collaboration, incident resolution, and the achievement of common objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement, digitalization, and process standardization initiatives, contributing to operational efficiency and value generation for the business.
