Currently for our Madrid headquarters, we are looking for an Occupational Risk Prevention Technician to support the Renewables area, providing support in activities carried out regarding H&S

The central mission of an OHS Technician operating within a Joint Prevention Service (SPM) is to protect the health and safety of all workers from the various companies integrated into said service, guaranteeing legal compliance, effective preventive management, and continuous improvement in occupational risk prevention across all entities that compose it.

What you'll do

  • Implement and develop the Occupational Risk Prevention system within the company.
  • Perform risk assessments and monitor preventive measures at the workplaces.
  • Guarantee compliance with legal regulations and the control of documentation regarding health and safety.
  • Perform inspections, follow-up visits, and internal safety audits.
  • Investigate accidents and incidents and propose corrective measures.
  • Coordinate business activities with contractors and suppliers (CAE).
  • Prepare procedures, emergency plans, and preventive documentation.
  • Deliver training and awareness actions in OHS.
  • Provide support to teams and promote a preventive culture and continuous improvement.
