Industrial Management Control Coordinator

- Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or Industrial Engineering.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in management control, auditing, consulting, or controlling in a multinational or large-scale company.

- Advanced knowledge of industrial budgets, cost accounting, cost analysis, and financial modeling.

- Experience with SAP ERP and Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik).

- Advanced proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.

- Availability to travel to different sites in Spain.

- A master's degree or MBA specialized in Management Control or Financial Management is valued.

We want you to be part of the Management Control area as a Coordinator, at our headquarters in Valladolid.

The mission of the position is to ensure the analysis, planning, industrial budgeting, monitoring, and improvement of the industrial and operational results of the plants and business areas. It will provide support for decision-making for the Management Control Directorate and the Operations Directorate.

Some functions are:

- Lead the annual industrial budgeting process, connecting operational hypotheses with economic impact.

- Coordinate with plants, Operations, Purchasing, Sales, Finance, and Systems the validation of budgetary hypotheses and allocation criteria.

- Ensure consistency between budget, forecast, monthly closing, reporting, and strategic plans.

- Lead the monthly management closing process, ensuring quality, consistency, and traceability of information.

- Analyze industrial and economic deviations and propose corrective actions to optimize costs and revenues: unit cost €/kg, raw material, yields, shrinkage, productivity, DL/IL, energy, maintenance, cleaning, laboratory, stocks, and obsolescence.

- Prepare executive reporting for the Management Control Directorate, Operations Directorate, and General Management, with clear messages, root causes, impacts, risks, and recommendations.

- Drive dashboards and KPIs in BI for budget, forecast, closing, deviations, costs, and productivity.

- Document processes, calculation criteria, information sources, and budgetary hypotheses.

- Accompany and develop the Management Control team in budgeting methodology, industrial analysis, executive communication, and the use of digital tools.
