The role

YOUR IMPACT

We’re looking for a Sales Enablement Manager to build and own our sales enablement program. Based in Munich or Barcelona, you’ll be our first dedicated enablement hire, working as an individual contributor alongside Sales leadership, RevOps, Product, and Marketing.

Your focus is raising the bar on how we sell: promoting proven sales best practices, such as value selling, and making them stick in how our teams qualify, run deals, and forecast. You’ll also build the onboarding curriculum that gets new sellers productive quickly across a complex, multi-product offering.

Think of the role like a product manager where the product is our enablement program: you’ll identify gaps, prioritize, launch, measure, and iterate.

This is a great opportunity for a methodology-driven seller or sales manager who loves bringing structure to a growing team and wants to see their work show up in win rates.

Sales Best Practices

  • Promote adoption of sales methodology and best practices (e.g., value selling) across products and seller roles.
  • Identify what top performers do well and turn it into repeatable, shareable practices.
  • Partner with RevOps to reflect best practices in CRM workflows and dashboards.
  • Coach sales managers and Team Leads to reinforce best practices in deal reviews, pipeline reviews, and call reviews (e.g., Gong).
  • Build playbooks, discovery guides, and value messaging by product and persona.

Onboarding

  • Design and run a structured onboarding curriculum for AEs, AMs, SDRs, and SCs, grounded in sales best practices.
  • Partner with Product / Solutions Consulting to integrate product training into a single onboarding path.
  • Define certification checkpoints so new hires demonstrate sales and product readiness.
  • Keep onboarding current as products, messaging, and processes evolve.

Content & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Build and maintain an organized sales content library (decks, case studies, demo scripts) with Marketing and Product.
  • Turn product launches into sales-ready training and materials.
  • Share field insights with Sales leadership and Product to inform go-to-market priorities.

Measurement

  • Define and track success metrics: adoption of best practices, ramp time, win rates, and deal size.
  • Use sales data to identify skill gaps and prioritize enablement initiatives.

About You

  • Structured and highly organized: you bring order to complexity and follow through.
  • Driven and self-directed, comfortable building from scratch without an existing playbook.
  • Credible with sellers and sales leaders, able to coach managers and influence without authority.
  • Clear communicator who makes complex, multi-product offerings simple to sell.
  • Collaborative partner across Sales, RevOps, Marketing, and Product.
