The role
At Eurofirms, we are looking for two Commercial Administrator profiles to join the commercial department of an important company located in Orcoyen. The tasks to be performed will be the following:
What you'll do
- Preparation and management of commercial offers for clients.
- Reception, review, and follow-up of orders, guaranteeing the correct definition of the requested requirements.
- Daily communication with current and potential clients for the follow-up of offers, orders, and forecasts.
- Management and follow-up of commercial offers at both internal and external levels.
- Integral management of orders and delivery plans.
- Follow-up of weekly meetings and industrialization processes.
- Registration and maintenance of clients, items, kits, and processes in the management system.
- Registration of costs and documentary management associated with offers and orders.
- Coordination with the warehouse to obtain packaging estimates, transport costs, and logistics.
- Review of the technical feasibility of offers together with the client.
- Project follow-up and customer service.
- Technical-commercial support and development of new business opportunities.
- Among other tasks inherent to the job position.
