The role
A leading company in industrial solutions, heavy boilermaking, machining, and process equipment is looking for a Site Manager to work in Zaragoza and perform the following tasks:
What you'll do
- Daily organization of personnel and distribution of work at the assigned site or work area.
- Leadership and coordination of teams of up to approximately 20 people.
- Monitoring of Work Orders (WO) issued by the client, controlling hours, personnel, materials, and resources used.
- Drafting and sending executed WOs to the Site Manager for assessment, certification, and subsequent invoicing.
- Daily submission of hours worked by the personnel under their charge.
- Review of work at facilities, data collection, and measurements for the preparation of offers.
- Preparation of freehand sketches and isometrics.
- Collection, scanning, and sending of delivery notes for purchases, suppliers, rentals, and services generated on-site to the person responsible for managing documentation.
- Preparation of daily reports on activity, progress, incidents, needs, and pending work.
- Monitoring of work with the client through face-to-face meetings or Microsoft Teams.
- Permanent coordination with the Site Manager regarding planning, resources, production, and priorities.
- Assembly and prefabrication of piping and spools.
- Interpretation of blueprints and isometrics.
- Assembly of accessories, valves, and supports.
- Analysis of workload alongside the Site Manager: welders, pipefitters, and assemblers.
- Among other tasks inherent to the job position.
