The role
Metal sector company is looking for a Metal Operator to work in Castellbisbal and perform the following tasks:
What you'll do
- Correct management of the environmental impacts generated by their activity.
- Knowledge and application of the IMS documentation relating to their position.
- Guarantee the placement of coils on the line, verifying their dimensional characteristics and surface appearance.
- Ensure the availability of wood and beds of other materials for the stacking of packages.
- Control that the sheet metal waste falls correctly and does not accumulate inside the line.
- Enter the cutting parameters into the line computer.
- Control the process, verifying the quality of the sheet metal and the existence of possible surface defects.
- Inform their superiors of accidents, breakdowns, lack/wear of tools and equipment, and other detected problems.
- Among other tasks inherent to the job position.
