Building Maintenance Technician

At Eurofirms, we need to hire a Building Climate Maintenance Technician to work in the electrical sector company located in Bilbao. The tasks to be performed are the following:

• Use of hand tools.
• Maintenance in Electricity, Plumbing, and Masonry.
• Climate.
• Preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Perform small Carpentry tasks.
• Detection and repair of faults.
• Prepare reports.
• Among other tasks specific to the job position.

• Intermediate or Advanced Vocational Training in Maintenance or similar.
• RITE and fluorinated gases license are essential.

Fluent in spoken and written Spanish.

• Experience in maintenance.
• Basic knowledge of Plumbing, Carpentry, Masonry, Electricity, among others.
• Skill in the use of tools.
• Must have RITE or low-voltage installer license.
• Residence near the workplace is valued.

En Eurofirms necesitamos incorporar un/a Técnico/a de Mantenimineto de clima de edificios para trabajar en empresa del sector eléctrico ubicada en Bilbao. Las tareas que tendrá que realizar son las siguientes:

• Uso de herramientas manuales.
• Mantenimiento en Electricidad, Fontanería y Albañilería.
• Clima.
• Mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo.
• Ejecutar pequeñas tareas Carpintería.
• Detección y reparación de averías.
• Elaborar informes.
• Entre otras tareas propias del puesto de trabajo.

• GM o GS de Mantenimiento o similar.
• Impresindible carné de RITE y de gases fluorados.

Castellano hablado y escrito correctamente.

• Experiencia en mantenimiento.
• Conocimiento básicos de Fontanería, Carpintería, Albañilería, Electricidad entre otros.
• Habilidad en el uso de herramientas.
• Debe tener RITE o carné instalador BT.
• Valorable residencia cercana al puesto de trabajo.
