Maintenance Technician

• Maintenance of thermal installations, diesel and gas systems, boilers, power distribution panels, and autonomous equipment. DHW tanks (water heaters, thermostats, etc.).
• Electronic maintenance, security systems, and mechanical door opening systems.
• Electrical maintenance (from the transformer center to the distribution panel).
• Maintenance of fire suppression systems.
• Maintenance of scanners and detection arches.
• Wastewater treatment plant maintenance (cleaning, sludge centrifugation, and minor repairs).

WE NEED AN HVAC TECHNICIAN WITH EXPERIENCE IN AIR CONDITIONING EQUIPMENT.

• Work schedule: Full-time
• Schedule: ROTATING SHIFT FROM 7 AM TO 3 PM AND FROM 12:30 PM TO 8:30 PM.
• Contract type: Permanent

• Intermediate or Advanced Vocational Training Cycle in Electricity / Air Conditioning and Refrigeration / Refrigeration / Plumbing, depending on the service activity.
• Working at height certificate / Use of aerial work platforms / RITE certification / High and low voltage training.
• Knowledge of occupational health and safety, quality, and environmental matters is desirable.

VOCATIONAL TRAINING (INTERMEDIATE OR ADVANCED) WITH EXPERIENCE. PREFERABLY HOLDING AN RITE CERTIFICATE.

• Mantenimiento de instalaciones térmicas, gasóleo y gas, calderas, cuadro de fuerza, equipos autónomos. Depósitos ACS (termos, termostatos etc).
• Mantenimiento electrónico, de seguridad y sistema de apertura de puertas mecánicas.
• Mantenimiento eléctrico (desde centro de transofrmación hasta el cuadro de baja).
• Mantenimiento de sistemas de extinción de incendios.
• Mantenimiento de escáneres y arcos detectores.
• Mantenimiento de depuradora (limpieza, centrifugado de lodos y pequeñas reparaciones.

NECESITAMOS UN TECNCIO CLIMATICO CON EXPERIENCIA EN EQUIPOS DE AIRE ACONDICIONADO

• Jornada Laboral: Completa
• Horario: TURNO ROTATIVO DE 7 A 15 Y DE 12:30 A 20:30
• Tipo de contrato: Indefinido

• Ciclo Formativo de Grado Medio o Superior en Electricidad / Climatización / Frigorista / Fontanería, en función de la actividad del servicio.
• Carné trabajos en altura / Utilización de plataforma elevadora / RITE / Formación en Alta y Baja tensión.
• Valorable contar con nociones en materia de PRL, calidad y medio ambiente.
