Nice to have
At Eurofragance, we don't just create fragrances - we create experiences. With passion, excellence and bold entrepreneurial spirit, we're growing fast and want you to grow with us.
Join a global team headquartered in Barcelona, with offices in Dubai, Singapore, Mexico, Turkey, India... and more!
Here, your work truly matters - and so do you.
Ensure that Eurofragance's strategic projects (with a focus on Infrastructure and R&D) are delivered on time, on budget and with full visibility for leadership. To do this, the role defines and runs the company's project governance model, methodology and tools.
The PMO Analyst turns project data into reliable portfolio insight that lets the management team prioritize, allocate resources and make decisions with confidence. The role acts as a partner to Project Leaders, not a control function. It builds a shared project-management culture: aligning teams around common ways of working, strengthening project leadership capabilities and making the PMO a trusted partner for business transformation.
Governance & portfolio management
Define, maintain and evolve the project governance model, including project lifecycle, stage gates, roles and project committees.
Prepare, coordinate and follow up the project steering committees (Infrastructure, Innovation and Transformation), making sure decisions and actions are documented and tracked.
Monitor the strategic project portfolio and deliver clear, timely reporting (status, budget, CAPEX, milestones, risks) to support management decisions.
Make sure projects and investments stay linked to strategic objectives throughout their lifecycle.
Identify risks, interdependencies and capacity constraints across projects early, and escalate them with clear recommendations.
Strategic project support (Infrastructure and R&D)
Work alongside Project Leaders to plan, launch and follow up strategic projects: scope, schedule, budget, resources and success criteria.
Support infrastructure projects (e.g. new facilities, plant and lab expansions, equipment) by coordinating internal project teams and external contractors.
Support R&D projects with portfolio and stage-gate practices.
Track budgets and CAPEX execution and flag deviations early.
Facilitate lessons learned and project closure so that knowledge is captured and reused.
Methodology & tools
Define and continuously improve the project-management methodology, templates and standards, keeping them pragmatic and scaled to project size and type.
Administer and evolve Jira as the main project-management tool (configuration, workflows, dashboards).
Make sure the PMO tools give a single, reliable source of truth for portfolio information.
Must-have: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Chemical, Mechanical or similar), Business Management, Economics or similar. Plus: project-management certification.
1 - 3 years of experience in a PMO role or similar.
(Desired but can be learnt) Hands-on Jira experience, including project configuration, workflows, boards and portfolio dashboards. Knowledge of Power BI, Confluence, MS Project and Microsoft 365 tools is desirable.
