What we're looking for
- 5+ years of professional experience in sports, customer success, operations, administration, events, hospitality, or a related field.
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, tasks, and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong sense of ownership, reliability, and follow-through.
Nice to have
- Previous experience in sports, entertainment, events, hospitality, or a similar fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with clubs, partners, customers, or other external stakeholders.
- Familiarity with CRM, ticketing, hospitality, or event management systems.
- Experience with reporting, dashboards and KPI tracking,
- Knowledge of additional European languages is a plus.
The role
What you'll do
As part of the Ticketing & Hospitality team, you will play a key role in coordinating B2B contractual entitlements and tickets requests supporting the relationship between clubs, partners, guests, and internal stakeholders. You will ensure that ticket requests are processed accurately and efficiently, while helping clubs deliver a seamless gameday experience.
This is a hands-on role suited to an organized, proactive professional who enjoys working across multiple stakeholders, managing operational details in a fast-paced international sports environment.
Key Responsibilities
Competition Season Ticketing and Club Coordination
- Manage ticket requests from sponsors, TV partners, media partners, influencers and other entitled stakeholders throughout the season.
- Monitor requests daily and follow up with stakeholders before each game to confirm their requirements.
- Check requests against contractual entitlements, allocation limits, deadlines and available inventory before approval.
- Consolidate requests by game and club, protecting contractual obligations before considering additional or late requests.
- Coordinate directly with clubs, follow their different processes and track each request until the tickets are received.
- Collect and verify guest details where clubs require nominative information.
- Upload and distribute tickets when clubs do not deliver them through the platform, and resolve missing tickets or delivery issues.
- Keep accurate records of requests, approvals, allocations, deliveries and outstanding actions, escalating exceptions when necessary.
- Where required, support the management of club ticket requests and allocations for major events, including the Final Four and SuperCup.
