What you'll do

  • Design high-quality static and animated social media graphics across @euroleague socials and digital platforms.
  • Create reactive content during live games, breaking news, transfers,milestonesand league moments. 
  • Develop campaign creatives for season launches, Playoffs, Final Four and commercial partnerships.
  • Collaborate with social media managers,photographersand videographers to bring creative concepts to life.
  • Maintain and evolveEuroLeague'spremium visual identity across all touchpoints.
  • Contribute creative ideas for content series,campaignsand fan engagement.
  • Help push the visual quality of basketball content beyond industry standards.

  • Has 3+ years of experience designing within sports, preferably for:
  • Professional sports leagues
    • Clubs
    • Sports media companies
    • Creative agencies working with sports
  • Has a portfolio demonstrating social-first creative work.
  • Understands basketball culture and sports storytelling.
  • Can work at high speed whilemaintainingquality.
  • Is highly creative and proactive.
  • Feels comfortable working in a fast-paced live environment.
  • Has excellent attention to detail.
  • Can manage multiple projects and tight deadlines.
  • Enjoys collaborating but can also work independently.
  • Stays on top of design trends, sportscultureand social media best practices.
  • Has availability to work flexibly around the game schedule, including evenings and weekends during live games and major events like the Final Four.

Nice to have

  • Experience with motion design and short-form animated content.
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong eye for visual storytelling.
  • Experience with After Effects 
  • Understanding of Motion Graphics skills
  • CGI and animation skills

Requirements

  • Based in or willing to relocate to Barcelona.
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
  • EU nationality or a valid Spanish work/residency permit.
  • Willing to travel across the EU (10–15%).
  • Genuine passion for sports; prior experience in a sports-related role is a plus.
  • Available to work game nights on a rotating basis with the team.
