The role

We are looking for a Senior Linux Systems Administrator | Madrid

Are you passionate about Linux and the administration of critical infrastructures? If you are looking for a stable project where you can continue to grow professionally and work with cutting-edge technologies, this opportunity could be for you.

What you'll do

You will be part of a specialized infrastructure and systems team, taking responsibility for the administration, maintenance, and evolution of enterprise Linux environments.

✅ Linux systems administration (Red Hat and Ubuntu).

✅ Management of J2EE application servers in clusters.

✅ Administration of OpenShift and Docker platforms.

✅ Management of VMware ESXi/ESX infrastructures.

✅ Storage and Backup tools administration.

✅ Automation using Ansible or Puppet.

✅ Script development in Bash and/or Python.

✅ Platform monitoring with Nagios.

✅ Technical support and interaction with different areas of the company.

How you'll work

Schedule and flexibility

Monday to Thursday

🕘 Flexible start between 08:30 and 10:00

🍴 1 hour for lunch

🕕 Departure from 18:15 onwards

Fridays and summer schedule

🌞 6-hour intensive workday

🕘 Flexible start between 08:45 and 10:00

🕒 Departure between 14:45 and 16:00

On-call shifts

📱 Approximately one on-call shift per month.

Duration: Tuesday to Tuesday.
Availability outside of working hours via mobile and laptop.
It is necessary to remain in Madrid during the on-call week for possible on-site interventions.
