Basic knowledge of Windows Server (Wintel) environments.
Basic knowledge of Unix/Linux.
Experience working with ticketing tools.

Availability to work in 24x7 rotating shifts.

The role

Would you like to be part of an IT operations team in a 24x7 technological environment?

We are looking for an N1 Operator to join a monitoring and support service, participating in the management and resolution of incidents across different technological platforms.

What you'll do

Duties

Monitoring and tracking of alerts.
Review of event consoles.
Registration, updating, and closing of tickets.
Resolution of first-level incidents and requests.
Escalation of incidents to specialized teams when necessary.
Execution of operating procedures on Windows (Wintel), Unix/Linux, and Oracle environments.
Management and monitoring of backups.
Preparation of operational reports.
Execution of software updates following established procedures.

How you'll work

Location

📍 Seville (Avda. Américo Vespucio)

Schedule

24/7 service with rotating shifts:

Morning: 07:00 to 15:00
Afternoon shift: 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM
Night: 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM
Weekends: 12-hour shifts
