• Minimum of 4 years of experience in functions related to Infrastructure Change Management or IT Service Management.
• Experience in environments with formal procedures based on ITIL best practices.
• Experience in the preparation, coordination, and monitoring of CAB meetings.
• Experience in preparing executive reports, dashboards, and reports for area managers.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• ITIL processes, especially:
• Change Management.
• Configuration Management (CMDB).
• Incident Management.
• Problem Management.
• ITSM tools, with experience in BMC Helix ITSM being especially valued.
• Extraction, processing, and analysis of information from corporate tools.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• General knowledge of IT infrastructures:
• Servers.
• Storage.
• Networking.
• Virtualization.
• Databases.
• Cloud Services.

• Previous experience in projects or services for Public Administrations.
• Additional experience in ITSM tools, especially BMC Helix ITSM.
• Knowledge or experience in DevOps and/or Agile (Scrum) methodologies.

One of the following degrees is required:

• Diploma or Technical Engineering degree (or equivalencies) in Engineering, Computer Science, or Science areas.
• University Degree (MECES Level 2 or EQF Level 6) in Engineering, Computer Science, or Science areas.
• Higher Technician in Computer Systems Administration or equivalent, provided that 24 additional months of professional experience are accredited relative to the minimum required.
• ITIL certification.

At Experis, we are looking for an ITIL Consultant to join a stable project within a Public Administration environment, participating in the management, coordination, and monitoring of the IT Infrastructure Change Management process.

The selected person will provide operational and administrative support to change processes, collaborating with technical teams, infrastructure managers, and the Change Advisory Board (CAB), contributing to ensuring the correct execution of procedures and the control of technological services.

If you have experience in ITIL, Change Management, CAB, and ITSM, and want to participate in a benchmark project within the Public Administration, we will be delighted to meet you.

• Collect change requests proposed by the different technical areas and departments.
• Review and validate the information associated with each change, ensuring it is complete and complies with established procedures.
• Coordinate with technical teams to correct incomplete or incorrect information.
• Prepare and consolidate the documentation necessary for Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings.
• Organize and provide administrative support for CAB meetings.
• Draft minutes and follow up on agreements and actions derived from the meetings.
• Extract information from corporate tools to prepare monitoring reports.
• Create dashboards, indicators, and periodic reports for service managers.
• Collaborate in the definition and implementation of the new Change Management process in the corporate tool BMC Helix ITSM.

• Remote work modality.
• Occasional attendance at in-person meetings at the client's offices in Madrid will be necessary, depending on service needs.
