We are looking for a professional to provide scientific/technical service to systems and solutions implemented at customer facilities in the area of information technologies.

Provide comprehensive and high-visibility technical support to the client, including:

  • Achieve and maintain excellent operational levels in all assigned solutions.
  • Proactive, preventive, and corrective technical service to digital systems and solutions.
  • Review and validation of the operational quality of laboratory information systems.
  • Training clients in the operation, use, and maintenance of Roche systems.
  • Act as a liaison between the company and clients on technical and administrative matters for assigned projects.
  • Work closely with the Commercial Area to address customer needs and support the sale of solutions and service offerings.
  • Establish and maintain excellent communication, follow-up, and proactive collaboration with clients.
  • Comply with legislation, internal procedures, and applicable regulations in matters of Safety, Health, and the Environment.
  • Comply with the Company's policies, including the Code of Conduct and applicable Codes of Ethics.
  • Comply with information quality and security standards and procedures.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the activities developed.
  • Report activities in CRM, both remotely and on-site.
  • Document the technical characteristics of customer facilities and update them as necessary.
  • Workflow Management and Optimization: configure, monitor, and continuously optimize workflows and sample routes in automated solutions, defining priorities to maximize the operational efficiency of solutions and compliance with response times.
  • Configuration, maintenance, and incident resolution in pre-analytical, analytical, and post-analytical system applications of the various instruments installed in laboratories.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree or similar in a relevant engineering discipline (preferably: IT, Technical and Computer Education, Biomedical Engineering or related).
  • Technical knowledge of ASTM and HL7 protocols.
  • Technical knowledge of SQL and inter-system databases.
  • Technical knowledge of Windows Server operating systems.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Knowledge of Windows and G Suite.
