SAP TM Consultant

They usually work with advanced versions (SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain for Transportation Management), so the profile should cover these pillars:

• Experience in S/4HANA TM: It is fundamental that they know the integrated solution in S/4HANA (Embedded TM) or the "Advanced" version, not just the old LE-TRA module.

• Transport Processes:

o Freight Planning: Load planning and route optimization (VSR Optimizer).

o Freight Execution: Management of transport orders and communication with carriers.

o Freight Settlement: Freight settlement, rate management, and invoicing.

• Integration: They must master the integration of TM with other key SAP modules:

o EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) for warehouse management.

o SD (Sales and Distribution) and MM (Materials Management).

o Event Management (EM) or LBN (Logistics Business Network) for real-time visibility.

• Programming: they must have programming knowledge; their role is not to program, but they must know a minimum to be able to determine problems. They must understand the language. We are not looking for a programmer, but they must be able to read code and debug to identify errors.

• Senior Consultant: +5-6 years of experience in SAP, with at least 2-3 complete (end-to-end) implementations of SAP TM.

• Experience in the CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) sector: Having worked in consumer goods companies is a "must" to understand Nestlé's logic (perishables, large volumes, capillary deliveries).

• Functional Analysis Capacity: It is not enough to parameterize; they must be able to speak with Nestlé's logistics managers to translate their needs into technical requirements (User Stories).

• Certifications: If the candidate has the official SAP S/4HANA Cloud for Transportation Management certification, it is a great plus.

Languages: English level C1 (Advanced) essential
