Electronics Technician for Assembly, Conventional Wiring and RF

• Higher Level Vocational Training degree related to Electronics.
• At least 2 or 3 years of experience in assembly, wiring, or repair of electronic equipment.
• Experience in coaxial cable fabrication.
• Experience in PCB assembly or repair.
• Knowledge of PCB fabrication using thin film technology.
• Knowledge of processes such as sputtering, lithography, electrolytic gold plating, or chemical etching.
• Experience installing and routing wiring in racks, chassis, or modules.
• Experience with structured cabling.
• Ability to interpret electrical or electronic blueprints and diagrams.
• Ability to identify defects and provide information to improve the process.
• Driving license B.
• Possibility of obtaining or having Personal Security Clearance (HPS).
• Availability to work in restricted or high-security areas.

We are looking for an Electronics Technician to join a major company in the defense and technology sector.

The selected person will perform tasks involving the assembly and repair of electronic boards, fabrication of cables and harnesses, assembly of military connectors, and equipment wiring. They will work with conventional, digital, power, and radio frequency wiring, following blueprints, diagrams, and technical procedures.

• Assembly and repair of low and medium complexity PCBs.
• Fabrication of cables and wire harnesses.
• Cutting, stripping, preparation, crimping, and soldering of terminals.
• Fabrication of coaxial and triaxial cables.
• Assembly of military connectors.
• Use of crimpers and DMC tools.
• Assembly and wiring of electronic modules, chassis, and equipment.
• Installation and routing of wiring in racks and chassis.
• Structured cabling assembly.
• Interconnection wiring in digital, power, and RF electronics.
• Interpretation of blueprints, electrical diagrams, and electronic documentation.
• Identification, analysis, and correction of assembly defects.
• Communication of incidents and feedback to the manufacturing process.
• Performing continuity tests and functional verifications.
• Application of coatings and component protection when necessary.
• Compliance with quality, safety, and production procedures.

• Work location: Torrejón de Ardoz, Carretera de Loeches 9.
• Modality: 100% on-site.
• Schedule: fixed afternoon shift, from 15:00 to 23:00.
