What are we looking for?

More than 5 years of experience in corporate IT support.
Solid experience in:
Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint Online).
Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager.
Microsoft Entra ID.
Active Directory.
Windows 10 and Windows 11.
Endpoint and mobile device management.
Networking: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and Wi-Fi.
Experience working with ITSM tools.
Minimum B2 English to interact with international teams and vendors.

Nice to have

We will especially value

Knowledge of PowerShell.
Microsoft Defender for Endpoint.
Task automation and process improvement.
Experience in multinational environments.
Support for geographically distributed users.

🚀 IT Support Specialist (Level 2) | Madrid | International Environment (M/F/X)

Are you passionate about technology and do you enjoy solving technical challenges while helping users get the most out of their work tools?

We are looking for an IT Support Specialist Level 2 to join an international company with a global presence, where you will be part of a dynamic team providing support to users in Spain and Portugal and collaborating with IT teams from different countries.

What you'll do

What will you do?

Provide on-site and remote technical support to end users.
Resolve complex Level 2 incidents related to hardware, software, and workstations.
Administer and provide support for Microsoft 365 environments.
Manage devices using Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager.
Administer users, groups, and permissions in Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.
Provide support for corporate mobile devices.
Collaborate with Infrastructure, Networking, Security, and Cloud teams.
Manage incidents through ITSM tools.
Provide support to VIP users, meeting rooms, and audiovisual systems.
Participate in continuous improvement and process automation initiatives.
