Define cost imputation and tracking models by business unit, project, data product, or use case.
Implement showback and chargeback mechanisms to improve financial transparency.
Supervise and optimize service consumption in Microsoft Fabric and Azure environments.
Design scaling strategies and capacity optimization to maximize performance and control spending.
Identify opportunities for savings, workload consolidation, and operational efficiency improvement.
Monitor consumption and costs associated with generative AI solutions.
Define economic metrics and KPIs to evaluate costs per interaction, agent, or use case.
Prepare reports and analyses that facilitate data-driven decision-making.
Act as a bridge between technical and business teams to align technological consumption with organizational objectives.
