What we're looking for
- We are looking for Higher Engineers in Telecommunications, Industrial, Computer Science, or related branches with at least 3 years of experience developing the functions described in some of the typologies of the following projects:
- IT project management offices.
- IT function transformation programs.
- Digitization of procedures; BPM solutions.
- Definition and implementation of IT Service Catalogues and provisioning models.
- Design of dashboards.
- Diagnostics of the IT function and design of IT strategic plans/master plans.
- Design and implementation of IT Governance models.
- Grant management.
- Definition and implementation of emerging technologies applied to administrations.
- It is necessary to provide skills in project management, team management, leadership, and to be accustomed to collaborating in multidisciplinary environments with a strong customer orientation.
- English level: Advanced.

The role
Currently, we need to integrate a Senior Consultant into the Public Sector Business Consulting area in Bilbao for the development of information technology projects or projects with a strong technological component within Public Administration.
What you'll do
- Direct contact with clients and specialized advisory services.
- Gathering functional requirements and analyzing them.
- Planning, sizing, organization, and quality control. Integral project management.
- Management and preparation of proposals to respond to public tenders.
- Advisory services regarding legal and regulatory matters.
