What you'll do
- Execute and coordinate M&A processes in the financial sector—from strategy design to closing—taking direct control of both technical functions and the coordination of multidisciplinary teams.
- Develop strategic sector analyses that identify competitive trends, inorganic growth levers, and positioning opportunities in banking, insurance, and asset management.
- Build valuations, investment theses, and financial models, providing own judgment and critical thinking that in turn allow for the generation of value-driven recommendations in conversations with CEOs, Boards of Directors, and investors.
- Contribute to origination and business development tasks: identification of opportunities, preparation of approach materials, and follow-up with clients and counterparties.
