The candidate will be responsible for structuring, maintaining, and evolving the platform's functional documentation, ensuring that processes, functionalities, and business flows are correctly documented and accessible to users, internal teams, and stakeholders.
The role involves working closely with the Business Analyst and technical teams to transform requirements and functionalities into clear, consistent, and user-oriented documentation. They will play a key role in the adoption of the platform, facilitating system understanding and supporting deployment, training, and operation processes.
The candidate is expected to be able to organize complex functional information and convert it into structured, easy-to-understand content aligned with the product's evolution.
The duties will be:
Prepare and maintain the platform's functional documentation (processes, flows, functionalities).
Create user guides, operating manuals, and support materials.
Document the functional behavior of new functionalities before and after their development.
Structure functional information in a clear and consistent manner.
Collaborate with the Business Analyst to translate requirements into documentation understandable for users.
Coordinate with QA to ensure that the documentation reflects the validated behavior of the system.
Support functional deployments through documentation and training materials.
Keep documentation aligned with product evolution and process changes.
Identify gaps in functional documentation and promote its improvement.
Standardize formats, templates, and functional documentation best practices.
