Solid knowledge of Thermal Installations in Buildings (RITE) and/or electrical installations applied to HVAC systems.

We are looking for a maintenance specialist technician in HVAC who will be responsible for ensuring the correct functioning of the thermal systems and HVAC equipment present in the facility, performing preventive, corrective, and supervisory tasks in different workplaces in the Community of Madrid.

Interpretation of refrigeration and electrical diagrams, as well as detailed knowledge of the technical instructions for equipment and installations.

Diagnosis, repair, and replacement of components in air conditioning equipment: compressors, fans, expansion valves, probes, thermostats, filters, coils, etc.

Collaboration in teamwork, especially in intervention operations on large-scale machinery (rooftops, AHUs, chillers, air-to-water heat pumps).

Execution of preventive and predictive HVAC maintenance operations according to established plans (cleaning of coils, adjustments, checking pressures and temperatures, electrical verifications, etc.).

Carrying out, when necessary, general maintenance tasks (basic electricity, plumbing, hydraulics) typical of a multi-skilled profile, maintaining the overall operability of the facility.
