Requirements

What we're looking for

Degree in Industrial Engineering or other related studies. Having a master's degree will be positively valued.
Knowledge of Catalan and Spanish at a bilingual level is essential. English at First Certificate level.
A B driving license is essential.
At least 5 years of experience in managing maintenance contracts for public or private facilities.

Nice to have

Training in occupational risk prevention, energy efficiency, management systems, and office automation will be valued.

The role

Reporting to the Area Manager, you will be responsible for the integral management of the contract(s) assigned to you.

What you'll do

Responsible for the management, organization, coordination, and optimization of all activities carried out in the services assigned to you.
Responsible for the analysis and monitoring of service execution, managing human resources, making improvement proposals, negotiating and dealing with the client, among other tasks required for the position.

During the study phase:

Collaborate with the production department in preparing offers for other services within the area and in the analysis of technical and administrative specification documents.
Gather necessary information, prepare reports, etc.
Develop competitive and profitable offers together with the team.

How you'll work

Schedule from Monday to Thursday from 8:30 to 14:00 and from 15:00 to 17:30, and on Fridays from 8:30 to 14:00. From June to September, intensive working hours (from 8:00 to 15:00).
Work area: Polígono Industrial de la Zona Franca ( Barcelona ).
