About the role

FCC Construcción is looking to hire 4 Tower Crane Operators for a large-scale residential project in Málaga.

What you'll do

The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient execution of lifting and material movement operations using a tower crane, contributing to the fulfilment of the project's planning and production objectives.

Responsibilities:

Handling and operation of the tower crane in accordance with current regulations and internal safety procedures.

Carrying out lifting, transport and positioning manoeuvres for construction materials, rebar, formwork, precast elements and palletised material.

Daily verification of the crane's operational condition and performance of basic preventive checks.

Compliance with Occupational Risk Prevention regulations and the specific safety protocols for lifting equipment.

Collaboration in the logistical organisation and distribution of materials within the site.

Reporting of incidents, breakdowns or anomalies detected during operation.

Maintaining order and safety in the work area.

Ensuring the correct use and upkeep of assigned equipment.

Training:
