FCC Construcción is looking to hire 2 Tower Crane Operators for a large-scale residential project in Tres Cantos, Madrid.
The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient execution of lifting and material movement operations using a tower crane, contributing to the fulfillment of the project's planning and production objectives.
Operation and handling of the tower crane in accordance with current regulations and internal safety procedures.
Carrying out lifting, transport, and positioning maneuvers for construction materials, rebar, formwork, precast elements, and palletized material.
Continuous coordination with supervisors, site managers, and production teams to optimize material movements.
Daily verification of the crane's operational condition and performance of basic preventive checks.
Compliance with Occupational Risk Prevention regulations and specific safety protocols for lifting equipment.
Collaboration in the logistical organization and distribution of materials within the site.
Reporting incidents, breakdowns, or anomalies detected during operation.
Maintaining order and safety in the work area.
Ensuring the correct use and preservation of assigned equipment.

Mandatory training established in the General Collective Agreement for the Construction Sector.
20-hour Occupational Risk Prevention course for the trade.
Specific training for operators of lifting equipment.
Valid Tower Crane Operator license.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Tower Crane Operator in residential construction projects.
Proven experience in maneuvers with palletized materials, rebar, formwork, and precast elements.
Strong commitment to safety and occupational risk prevention.
Responsibility and autonomy.
Ability to coordinate and communicate with site teams.
Teamwork orientation.
Precision and attention to detail.
