Role Description

Job Summary**

The Foreman will supervise and coordinate the daily activities of a team of workers on construction projects, ensuring efficiency, safety, and quality of work.

Job Responsibilities**

* Supervise and direct the crew of workers in the execution of assigned tasks.
* Interpret blueprints, specifications, and work orders to ensure proper project execution.
* Assign tasks, set priorities, and monitor work progress.
* Ensure compliance with safety regulations at the worksite.
* Train workers in the proper use of equipment and tools.
* Conduct quality inspections of completed work and correct any deviations.
* Report work progress and any incidents or issues to the direct supervisor.
* Collaborate with other foremen and site personnel to optimize productivity.
* Manage the inventory of materials and equipment in the work area.

Job Qualifications**

* Proven experience as a Foreman or in a similar role in the construction sector.
* Solid knowledge of construction techniques and procedures.
* Ability to interpret blueprints and technical specifications.
* Occupational safety certification (e.g., OSHA 10/30) preferred.
* Ability to lead, motivate, and manage work teams.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet established deadlines.
* Availability to work at different construction sites.
* Completed secondary education; technical training in construction is an advantage.
