Role description:I.PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

  • Control of personnel and subcontractors.

IV.RELATIONSHIPS

  • WITH THE SITE MANAGER / PRODUCTION MANAGER:
  • Information received on production objectives.
  • Meetings on work front planning.
  • Delivery of documentation under their responsibility, duly completed (foreman's reports, delivery notes).
  • Reporting to the site manager of any incident occurring in relation to the Quality, Health and Safety system, and the execution of work units.

WITH THE SITE ADMINISTRATION:

  • Delivery of documentation (delivery notes, foreman's reports).
  • Communicating any incident that may arise regarding site personnel.
  • Communicating any visits from the different bodies that may inspect the site.

WITH THE FOREMAN:

  • Communication of the objectives for the execution of the work fronts under their responsibility.
  • Delivery of the documentation corresponding to their work fronts, duly completed.

WITH SITE PERSONNEL:

  • Checking and controlling the work they carry out.
  • Communication of health and safety measures, as well as monitoring their compliance, especially regarding Personal Protective Equipment.
  • Reporting any socio-labor breach by site personnel to the site manager and the administrative officer.
