What you'll do

Role description:I.PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

Control and organization of the production team assigned to their work areas.
Comply with and enforce the orders of their hierarchical superiors (Foremen and Site Manager).
Assume and provide the necessary means to achieve the objectives set by the Site Management.
Supervise all Health and Safety measures, as well as compliance with the procedures of the Quality and Environmental assurance plan.
Degree of achievement of objectives
Organization and leadership of teams
Scheduling and planning of tasks
Accident rate and quality in the execution of units, inspection reports.
Achievement of objectives assigned by the Site Management
Assignment of personnel to their work areas, preparation of the Foreman's report.
Control of material entries and exits in accordance with the Quality procedure. (P.A.C.)
Setting out under the supervision of the Site Management.
Supervision of safety measures, both for the work areas in general and for personal protective equipment.
Achieving the highest performance and commitment from the assigned team.

IV. RELATIONSHIPS

WITH THE SITE MANAGER

Receives production objectives.
Project changes affecting the units being executed by them.
Any incident arising in their work areas, whether regarding personnel, prevention, or those relating to quality assurance.
Delivery of documentation (foreman's reports, delivery notes, etc.)

. WITH THE PRODUCTION MANAGER

Any other incident that has not been discussed with the foreman.
