About the role

As a Shift Manager, you will help with openings and closings, which are very important when planning a successful shift. You will spend a good part of your time learning what it takes to run a profitable restaurant, for example: managing schedules, orders, and budgets.

The key is to understand that our customers expect the best from us, and you will lead your team to achieve that. This means having the right person, with the right skills, in the right place at the right time, and that they know what we expect of them.

Our burgers are fresh and handmade; we focus our efforts on the quality of the ingredients, and our staff is energetic and committed to the Company because we truly care about looking after them. Our restaurants are full of customers who are genuine Five Guys fans!
