Vocational training in Administration, Finance, or similar.

Residency in Alcalá de Henares or surroundings (or availability to commute daily).

Currently, we are expanding our department and are looking for a Purchasing Administrative Assistant to join our new CENTRAL headquarters.

What you'll do

Comprehensive administrative support to the automotive purchasing department.
Management, issuance, and follow-up of orders to sector suppliers.
Control of delivery deadlines and resolution of possible incidents.
Review, validation, and recording of delivery notes and invoices.
Maintenance and updating of the database of suppliers, rates, and references.
Constant communication with suppliers and other internal departments.
