About us Florentine is an exclusive casual Italian dining restaurant brand, originating in Stockholm, that is part of Urban Italian Group (UIG) - more than 500 professionals, 14 restaurants and 4,000 daily diners. In Marbella we offer a glamorous dining experience, with artisanal ingredients and cuisine prepared with passion.

• Preparing dishes according to Florentine recipes and standards

• Managing your station during service

• Mise en place, receiving and preserving products

• Complying with food hygiene and safety standards (HACCP)

• Working as a team in a high-volume environment

• Competitive salary between €2,000 and €2,400 gross/month depending on experience

• Professional environment and international team

• Real possibility of continuity in future seasons

What we are looking for Previous kitchen experience, preferably in Italian or Mediterranean cuisine. Organised people, with pace and who enjoy working as part of a team.

• Elaboración de platos según las recetas y estándares Florentine

• Gestión de tu partida durante el servicio

• Mise en place, recepción y conservación de producto

• Cumplimiento de normas de higiene y seguridad alimentaria (APPCC)

• Trabajo en equipo en un entorno de alto volumen

• Salario competitivo entre 2.000 € y 2.400 € bruto/mes según experiencia
