Do you want to be part of a professional and dynamic kitchen team? Florentine is looking for an Office staff member for the summer 2026 season.

About us Florentine is an exclusive casual Italian dining restaurant brand, originally from Stockholm, and part of Urban Italian Group (UIG) — more than 500 professionals, 14 restaurants and 4,000 daily diners. In Marbella we offer a glamorous dining experience with artisanal ingredients and passionately crafted cuisine.

• Cleaning and maintenance of tableware, cutlery and kitchen utensils

• Supporting the kitchen team during service

• Maintaining order and hygiene in the work areas

• Waste management and compliance with HACCP regulations

What we are looking for A responsible person with a positive attitude and the ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. No previous experience is required — we value a willingness to learn and reliability.

• Salary according to the Malaga hospitality collective agreement

En Marbella ofrecemos una experiencia gastronómica glamurosa con ingredientes artesanales y cocina elaborada con pasión.

• Limpieza y mantenimiento de vajilla, cubertería y utensilios de cocina

• Apoyo al equipo de cocina durante el servicio

• Mantenimiento del orden y la higiene en las zonas de trabajo

• Gestión de residuos y cumplimiento de normas APPCC

Lo que buscamos Persona responsable, con buena actitud y capacidad para trabajar en equipo en un entorno de ritmo alto. No se requiere experiencia previa — valoramos las ganas de aprender y la constancia.
