🔔 We are offering a Dishwasher position to work at El Fuerte Marbella, the first hotel founded by the company. It opened its doors in 1957 and, after a complete renovation, reopened in 2023 as a 5-star hotel.

El Fuerte Marbella, located on the beachfront in the center of Marbella, offers impressive sea views along the promenade and the Mediterranean, and is just a 5-minute walk from Plaza de los Naranjos. With 266 rooms combining casual luxury and a cozy atmosphere, without sacrificing spectacular Mediterranean views.

You will be responsible for cleaning the machinery, utensils, kitchenware, and the different kitchen areas, following the HACCP plan and the cleaning plan, as well as ensuring optimal hygienic conditions in the areas adjacent to the kitchen.

• Ensuring the achievement of the established departmental goals, as well as compliance with critical processes and area operations, in accordance with the hotel's standards.

• Loading and unloading the dishwasher, drying and organizing the crockery, cutlery, and glassware.
• Cleaning and preparing kitchen utensils and equipment and making them available to the Cook and Kitchen Assistant.
• Cleaning the kitchen area, organizing time well and ensuring the final result is optimal.
• Cleaning the kitchen machinery, ensuring it remains in perfect condition for the next service.
• Cleaning the pantry/office area.
• Placing the cleaning supplies order on a weekly basis and reporting it to the Head Chef.
• Preparing the tableware for the different points of sale within the organization, to streamline the work of the kitchen team.
• Complying with the use of the PPE required to perform the duties of the position.
• Ensuring the proper use of materials and facilities, reporting any damage or breakage of kitchen utensils that may occur and notifying accordingly.

You are ideal for the position if…

🎓 High School Graduate / Professional Certificate in Cooking. Food Handler's License.

💼 Minimum of 1 year of experience in the position, in a 5* environment and luxury segment. Experience with Leading Hotels of the World, Preferred Hotels & Resorts, or similar.

🗣💬 English is a plus, as well as other languages.

🔔 Ofrecemos un puesto de Fregador/a para trabajar en El Fuerte Marbella, primer hotel que fundó la empresa. Abrió sus puertas en 1957 y, tras una completa renovación, reabrió en 2023 como un hotel de 5*.

El Fuerte Marbella, ubicado en primera línea de playa en el centro de Marbella, ofrece impresionantes vistas al mar a lo largo del paseo marítimo y del Mediterráneo, y se encuentra a sólo 5 minutos a pie de la Plaza de los Naranjos. Con 266 habitaciones, que combina el lujo casual, y un exquisito ambiente acogedor, sin prescindir de una espectaculares vistas al Mediterráneo.

Se encargará de llevar a cabo la limpieza de la maquinaria, utensilios, menaje de cocina y de las diferentes zonas de la cocina, siguiendo el plan de APPCC y el plan de limpieza, así como de asegurar las condiciones higiénicas óptimas de las zonas colindantes de la cocina.

• Velar por la consecución de los objetivos departamentales establecidos, así como el cumplimiento de los procesos críticos y puestas en escena del área, de acuerdo con los estándares establecidos por el hotel.

• Cargar y descargar el lavavajillas, secar y ordenar la vajilla, cubertería y cristalería.
• Limpiar y preparar los utensilios y menaje de cocina y ponerlos a disposición del/la Cocinero/a y Ayudante de Cocina.
• Limpiar el área de la cocina, organizando bien los tiempos y asegurándose de que el resultado final sea óptimo.
• Limpiar la maquinaria de la cocina, garantizando que quede en perfecto estado para el próximo servicio.
• Realizar la limpieza del Office.
• Realizar el pedido de los materiales de limpieza de forma semanal y reportarlo al Jefe/a de Cocina.
• Preparar la vajilla para los diferentes puntos de venta de los que dispone la organización, para agilizar el trabajo del equipo de trabajo.
• Cumplir con la utilización de los EPIS que se precisan para desempeñar las funciones del puesto de trabajo.
• Velar por el correcto uso del material y las instalaciones, reportando los desperfectos o la rotura de los utensilios de cocina que se produzcan y notificarlo.

Eres ideal para el puesto si…

🎓 Graduado en ESO/ Certificado de Profesionalidad de Cocina. Carné de Manipulador de Alimentos.

💼 Experiencia mínima de 1 año en la posición. En entorno 5* y segmento lujo. Experiencia en Leading Hotels of the world, Preferred Hotels & Resorts o similar.
