At Grandes Almacenes FNAC España, we want to hire a Technical Product Section Manager for our Donosti store, to perform the following functions:

• Direct and coordinate the work team, establishing priorities for the tasks to be performed, managing schedule coverage, boosting commercial activity, and participating actively in the training and selection of the
• Set and evaluate monthly objectives for team members and monitor them, revaluing the work performed and correcting any detected deficiencies
• Perform the annual performance evaluation for each member of the team
• Apply the defined Commercial Policy
• Take responsibility for the replenishment and display of products on the sales floor in a timely manner according to merchandising standards
• Supervise the correct functioning of the store across different sections, participating in the execution of commercial tasks alongside the rest of the sales team
• Manage the operation of the store's own services, as well as its loyalty programs, making them known to customers
• Handle and resolve complaints and incidents
• Collaborate with the Store Director in the definition and implementation of various actions to implement productivity improvements
• Manage stock, ensuring the appropriate assortment
• Control the store's logistical processes
• Manage the Operating Account of the assigned areas and correctly monitor the store's productivity indicators, applying necessary corrective actions where appropriate
