About the role

The Boutique Intern supports the daily operations of the hotel boutique and Pop-Up, contributing to a welcoming, personalized, and memorable shopping experience for our guests. This internship provides hands-on exposure to luxury retail within a hospitality environment, developing skills in customer service, product knowledge, merchandising, inventory management, basic administrative procedures, and sales. Under the guidance of the Boutique team, the Intern will assist with maintaining both retail spaces presentation and supporting guests with professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail.

What you will do

• Welcome and assist guests in the Boutique and Pop-Up, providing attentive and personalized service.

• Develop knowledge of the Boutique and Pop-Up product offerings, including local and artisanal items, international luxury brands, hotel-branded merchandise, and specialty goods, to provide accurate information and recommendations.

• Support the organization and presentation of merchandise across both the Boutiqur and Pop-Up, ensuring shelves, showcases, fitting rooms, and storage areas are clean, organized, and appropriately stocked.

• Assist with monitoring inventory levels, stock replenishment, and periodic stock counts for both retail locations.

• Learn and support Point-of-Sale procedures, including invoicing and different payment methods, under the guidance of the Boutique team.

• Gain exposure to administrative processes related to delivery notes and invoices, including a basic understanding of VAT procedures applicable to different countries.

• Assist guests with product selection and recommendations according to their needs and preferences.

• Support sales initiatives and contribute to promoting products and special items available in both retail locations.

• Assist with maintaining the overall visual presentation and standards of both retail locations.

• Complete assigned tasks individually or in collaboration with other team members while following Four Seasons service standards.

• Legal right to work in Spain.

Degree: Currently enrolled in Hospitality, Tourism, Retail Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

Languages: Languages: Fluency in spoken English and Spanish.

Schedule & Hours: Seasonal contract, full Time, 40 hours per week, with consecutive and rotating shifts (including early mornings, days, evenings and weekends).
