Degree: Currently enrolled in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.

Languages: Fluency in both written and spoken English and Spanish.

About the role

The Reservations Intern supports the Reservations Department in managing guest bookings and ensuring seamless communication throughout the reservation process. This role offers valuable hands-on experience in guest relations, hotel systems, and operational coordination within a luxury hospitality environment. Working closely with the Reservations team, the intern helps deliver a service experience that reflects the high standards and personalization that define Four Seasons.

What you will do

• Verify Assist in processing guest reservations accurately and efficiently.
• Communicate with guests via phone, email, and other platforms to confirm, modify, or cancel bookings.
• Provide guests with information on rates, room categories, and available promotions.
• Assist the Reservations team with the completion of daily reports
• Support the management of reservation systems, ensuring all data is entered and updated correctly.
• Collaborate with other departments to facilitate smooth coordination and ensure all guest preferences are met.
• Assist with daily inventory checks and identify discrepancies or booking issues.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all guest communications.
• Learn the core principles of luxury guest service and reservation management.

Schedule & Hours: Seasonal contract, full Time, 40 hours per week, with consecutive and rotating shifts (including early mornings, days, evenings and weekends).
