Cybersecurity Architect

Demonstrable experience as a Senior Cybersecurity Architect in corporate and multinational environments.
Extensive knowledge in the design and implementation of corporate and solution cybersecurity architectures.
Ability to define requirements, standards, roadmaps, and security evolution plans aligned with the business.
Demonstrable and transversal technical knowledge of the main cybersecurity domains: cloud security, IAM/PAM, data protection, application security, vulnerability management, monitoring and incident response, Zero Trust, and Security by Design.

Experience working in organizations with a variety of stakeholders (CISO, Security Office, SOC, Infrastructure, Development, Operations, and Business).
Experience in technical coordination and supervision of multidisciplinary teams and external providers.
Leadership, communication, and influence skills in international environments.

No mandatory certifications are required.
Assessment will focus primarily on practical and demonstrable experience in cybersecurity architecture roles.

Minimum 8 years of professional experience in cybersecurity.
Minimum 5 years performing specific Cybersecurity Architect roles.
Demonstrable experience in the design and evolution of corporate security architectures in multinational organizations.
Experience coordinating internal technical teams and external providers, performing supervision and technical leadership roles.
Experience participating in technology governance processes and architectural decision-making at a corporate level.

Experience in large multinationals (more than 50,000 employees).
Experience in industrial, engineering, or manufacturing sectors.
Participation in global cybersecurity transformation, cloud security, Zero Trust, or DevSecOps programs.
Knowledge of frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, CIS Controls, or SABSA.
Professional level of German.

Reference certifications in the field of security and enterprise architecture will be valued, such as:

SABSA (Security Architecture)
TOGAF
CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional)
CCSP (Certified Cloud Security Professional), for security architectures in cloud environments.
Sherwood Applied Business Security Architecture (SABSA Practitioner or SABSA Chartered Architect).
Security architecture certifications from public cloud providers
Cybersecurity manufacturer certifications
Equivalent certifications in architecture and cybersecurity.

No specific degree is required.
University degrees in Cybersecurity, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or equivalent technical disciplines will be valued.
A Master's degree in Cybersecurity will be valued.

Languages:
High level of English (minimum C1), both spoken and written, as it is the habitual working language.

Role Description
The Senior Cybersecurity Architect will be responsible for defining and leading the evolution of the organization's security architectures, ensuring their alignment with strategic objectives, business risks, and corporate standards. They will act as a technical reference in cybersecurity matters, ensuring the correct integration of security requirements into various technological programs and initiatives and facilitating collaboration between the security, IT, development, and business areas in a multinational environment.
