Senior Infrastructure Architect

We are looking for a Senior Infrastructure Architect profile to join the Glintt Next team, where you will have the opportunity to act as a reference at the architecture level for the creation of strategic initiatives for one of our leading clients in the banking sector.

• Design hybrid architectures integrating corporate Data Centers and cloud services (Azure and AWS), ensuring scalable, secure, and resilient environments.

• Lead technological modernization initiatives, infrastructure transformation, cloud adoption, and technological simplification.

• Define the target infrastructure architecture and contribute to the evolution of the organization's technology roadmap.

• Design high-availability architectures for critical services, as well as Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity solutions, ensuring compliance with RTO and RPO objectives.

• Apply Security by Design and Zero Trust Architecture principles, defining secure architectures for identity management, privileged access, and network segmentation.

• Lead architectural decisions and maintain close communication with business and technology stakeholders.

• At least 10 years of experience in IT infrastructures (Data Center, Cloud, Networks, Workplace, Observability).

• Experience leading technological transformation initiatives in banking, insurance, or other regulated sectors.

• Experience in critical high-availability environments, operational resilience, and business continuity.

• Knowledge of technology governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance (DORA, GDPR, ITIL, or equivalent frameworks).

• Excellent communication skills, strategic vision, and a focus on digital transformation.

Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un perfil Senior Infrastructure Architect, para formar parte del equipo de Glintt Next, donde tendrás la oportunidad de ejercer un rol como referente a nivel de arquitectura para la creación de iniciativas estratégicas en uno de nuestros clientes líderes del sector bancario.

• Diseñar arquitecturas híbridas integrando Data Centers corporativos y servicios cloud (Azure y AWS), garantizando entornos escalables, seguros y resilientes.

• Liderar iniciativas de modernización tecnológica, transformación de infraestructuras, adopción cloud y simplificación tecnológica.

• Definir la arquitectura objetivo de infraestructura y contribuir a la evolución del roadmap tecnológico de la organización.

• Diseñar arquitecturas de alta disponibilidad para servicios críticos, así como soluciones de Disaster Recovery y Business Continuity, garantizando el cumplimiento de los objetivos RTO y RPO.

• Aplicar principios de Security by Design y Zero Trust Architecture, definiendo arquitecturas seguras para la gestión de identidades, accesos privilegiados y segmentación de redes.

• Liderar decisiones arquitectónicas y manteniendo una estrecha interlocución con stakeholders de negocio y tecnología.

• Al menos 10 de experiencia en infraestructuras IT (Data Center, Cloud, Redes, Workplace, Observabilidad).

• Experiencia liderando iniciativas de transformación tecnológica en banca, seguros u otros sectores regulados.

• Experiencia en entornos críticos de alta disponibilidad, resiliencia operativa y continuidad de negocio.

• Conocimiento en gobierno tecnológico, gestión de riesgos y cumplimiento regulatorio (DORA, GDPR, ITIL o marcos equivalentes).

• Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, visión estratégica y orientación a la transformación digital.
