Multipurpose Technician with Disability

• Previous experience in gardening, maintenance, and cleaning.
• Ability to coordinate the tasks of one team member.
• Type B driver's license is ESSENTIAL.

At Fundación Rey Ardid, we are looking for a person to join us as a multipurpose technician performing gardening, maintenance, and cleaning tasks. The position involves working at municipal facilities of the Binéfar City Council. Their role will be to guarantee the good condition of the spaces and the correct functioning of the service.

Gardening

• Perform maintenance tasks in green areas: mowing, brush cutting, scarifying, and sowing.
• Care and maintenance of plants.
• Pruning and trimming of trees and shrubs.
• Keep outdoor areas in a good state of cleanliness and conservation.

Maintenance

• Perform small repairs and preventive maintenance tasks in facilities.
• Execute basic painting, masonry, electrical, and plumbing work.
• Supervise the general state of the facilities and report incidents or repair needs.

Cleaning and housekeeping

• Cleaning of rooms, common areas, and work areas.
• Preparation of stays for the arrival of guests.
• Management of changing sheets and towels, preparing laundry.

Equipment and travel

• Use and maintenance of tools, machinery, and work materials.
• Handling of gardening tools such as brush cutters, chainsaws, and blowers.
• Driving a company vehicle for travel between work centers.
• Basic coordination of one team member.

Prevention and quality

• Compliance with safety regulations, occupational risk prevention, and service quality.

• Part-time employment of 14 hours per week.
• Temporary contract due to sick leave coverage
• Working hours: Tuesday and Friday from 8:00 to 14:00.
• Position based in Barbastro, with travel to work centers.
• Indoor and outdoor work.
• Travel during the working day using a company vehicle.
• Occasionally, unforeseen events may arise outside of working hours.
