The role

Do you have experience in logistics and warehouse management? We are looking for an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented person to join our team as a Warehouse Operative, ensuring the correct flow of materials and supporting daily operations.

What you'll do

  • Receive, verify, and register incoming materials, validating quantities, quality, and associated documentation.
  • Store and locate materials following established organization procedures and criteria.
  • Prepare, pack, and dispatch orders and materials, guaranteeing accuracy and compliance with deadlines.
  • Manage inventory through cycle counts, stock controls, and inventory reconciliations.
  • Ensure the correct management, location, and traceability of materials within the warehouse.
  • Manage documentation related to the entry, movement, and exit of goods.
  • Prepare material kits and manage spare parts inventory to support technical service operations.
  • Maintain order, cleanliness, and the correct organization of the warehouse facilities.
  • Collaborate with different areas of the organization to ensure an efficient flow of materials.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and participate in logistics process optimization initiatives.
  • Comply with and promote safety, quality, and environmental standards.

Experience

  • Previous experience of 1 to 3 years in warehouse, logistics, or materials management.
  • Experience in receiving, storage, order picking, packing, and dispatch of goods.
  • Basic knowledge of inventory management and stock control.
  • Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP tools. Experience with SAP will be valued.
  • Experience in the safe handling of forklifts and other material handling equipment.
  • Experience in spare parts and technical materials management, as well as in industrial or technical service environments, is valued.
