• Have at least one year of experience in direct contact with people, in sales-retail or customer service environments (experience in optics is not necessary).
• Be fluent in IT tools such as Ms Office, SAP....

• Accompany each customer to help them choose the glasses that best suit their way of seeing, their style, and what they need in their daily life, following the prescribed indications.
• Provide close and quality attention, with judgment and common sense, making what can be complex easy.
• Explain services, conditions, and guarantees, always in a clear and transparent way and considering the customer's reality and situation.
• Manage the scheduled appointment agenda and follow up with current customers.
• Participate in visual and auditory health promotion campaigns, promoting changes in habits.
• Ultimately, be their reference and trusted person.
• Master the product and services. Stay up to date with news, campaigns, promotions, changes...
• Collaborate with your colleagues in the organization of the store and retail and visual merchandising processes and operations.

• Stability and security: 6-month contract (with possibility of becoming permanent) part-time with immediate start.
• Work-life balance measures: Continuous schedules whenever possible due to commercial opening hours. 31 working days of vacation per year and advance planning of days off so you can organize yourself.
