What you'll do
- Support the kitchen team in basic cleaning, organization, and maintenance tasks of the work areas.
- Wash and disinfect tableware, utensils, crockery, and cookware, ensuring their correct replenishment.
- Clean and maintain in good condition the machinery, burners, cold rooms, surfaces, and kitchen floors.
- Help in the preparation and sanitization of food according to the instructions of the kitchen staff.
- Transport orders, materials, and products within the kitchen and restaurant area.
- Collaborate in auxiliary preparation tasks (peeling, cutting, portioning, assembling trays, etc.).
- Comply with the hygiene, food safety, and occupational risk prevention standards established by the hotel.
