Retail Sales Assistant

From GI GROUP we are looking to hire a Store Sales Advisor for a leading company in the retail sector specializing in mobile phones, technology, accessories, and carrier services, in addition to having a line of business in photography services. The selected person will be responsible for providing personalized advice to customers, managing the sale of products and services (telecommunications, energy, insurance, and device leasing), driving cross-selling with a special focus on energy services, as well as performing the administrative tasks of the position, store opening and closing, cash register reconciliation, and maintaining order and restocking the establishment.

• Working hours: 27.5 hours per week.

• Afternoon shift

• Distribution: Monday through Sunday, with two days off per week.

• Contract type: Temporary replacement.

• Salary: €1,149 gross/month + Incentive system. We offer a competitive variable plan. As a real reference, the current average commission for the top 30 advisors is €850 gross/month, equivalent to about €10,000 per year.

• Training: Completing and passing the online training course is essential to join the company.
